What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the inquiry form, the project brief or by email: your name, organisation, role, contact details, and what you tell us about your project.
While you fill in the project brief, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. They leave your device only when you press Send, and the saved copy is cleared once the brief is sent.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load fonts, scripts or analytics from third parties. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and scope any work you ask about.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
The Fikir team. Inquiries and briefs are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, which also sends you an automatic confirmation. We do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you have sent us at any time by writing to info@fikirinsights.com.
Research participants
This notice covers the website only. If you take part in a Fikir survey, interview or focus group, the consent information given to you for that study explains how your answers are collected, protected and used.
